As you can see, our team is full of bright, creative, energetic people. We’re from different backgrounds, from PhDs to English scholars, to ex-journalists, scientists and patient group communications managers.
While we all bring our own ideas and thinking to the table, what unites us is that we work in communications to do good – improving lives and helping each other is what gets us up in the morning.

This was the philosophy at the heart of Aurora when Neil and Claire launched the business in 2005, and it continues to be true today. People stay and build their career here for the long-term.
